We’re seeking a Senior Advisor to identify strategic actions and pathways for implementation and delivering quality advice. You'll have a strategic investment focused work programme within a high-performing, fast-paced government organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence cross-agency investment decisions and shape long-term funding strategies.
What you’ll be doing:

Support on reviews of current investments and investment planning

Develop strategic options for future investment, commissioning, and procurement

Support subject matter experts and cross functional teams to understand their requirements and shape strategic advice and actions

Produce high-quality reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers
What you’ll bring:

Previous work experience in complex public sector environments, developing strategy, options and advice

Strong project management and design thinking

Ability to work at pace, pivot quickly, and manage complexity

Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical insights into clear, actionable advice
