We’re seeking a Senior Advisor to identify strategic actions and pathways for implementation and delivering quality advice.  You'll have a strategic investment focused work programme within a high-performing, fast-paced government organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence cross-agency investment decisions and shape long-term funding strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support on reviews of current investments and investment planning

  • Develop strategic options for future investment, commissioning, and procurement

  • Support subject matter experts and cross functional teams to understand their requirements and shape strategic advice and actions

  • Produce high-quality reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous work experience in complex public sector environments, developing strategy, options and advice

  • Strong project management and design thinking 

  • Ability to work at pace, pivot quickly, and manage complexity

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical insights into clear, actionable advice

  • Resilience, agility, and a collaborative mindset
