About the role
Our client is looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is a mix of project and support work involving the implementation and support of enterprise applications into the environment. Some of your work could include designing implementation plans for application deployment, 3 level technical support, working within agile teams, coordinating with other groups in the release of applications.
Skills & experience required
- 5+ years experience in delivering Level 3 application support
- Experience in designing, developing, deploying and managing microservices is a must
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver project outcomes
- Have strong experience leading application implementation projects
- Experience in configuration of large and complex applications
- Experienced in design related work in application related project
- Ability to make informed and educated decisions
- Create and maintain relevant documentation – implementation designs, configuration, troubleshooting guides etc.
- Strong believer in knowledge sharing.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
