Permanent opportunity for an Automation Tester who has bags of passion, drive and who is ready to take their career to the next level as there is huge opportunity to grow from a professional view point. Our client is doing some revolutionary stuff in the tech space as well as having a really strong pipeline of work and ongoing projects.

The role:

Working as part of an agile team you will be responsible for coding automation frameworks in Java for web services. As a Senior Automation Tester you will:

  • Work closely with developers to enhance the existing QA structure, and improve automation where it can be improved
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver top-notch scalable software
  • Involve yourself in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration
  • Contribute to test automation framework development activities
  • Work within Agile methodology

Your background:

You will have a strong Automation background and have experience in designing, implementing, reviewing and executing on test automation plans, scripts and cases. Your CV will clearly demonstrate the following:

  •  Solid experience as an Automation Tester in web and mobile testing,
  • Demonstrable experience in Espresso and XCode UI testing  
  • A strong Agile pedigree and a drive to improve and automate
  • Commercial experience of open source testing tools and implementations such as Selenium Webdriver
