Beyond Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to work in this complex and transforming environment.
This private sector organisation is going through a journey to transform its entire customer business from end to end. To achieve this, it’s technology, customer, and data capabilities will need to adopt new ways of working, so we are looking for a Senior candidate with a range of business and technical Business Analysis experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include;
- Evaluate, analyse, document requirements and translate into business and system requirement specifications
- Facilitate participation in brainstorming and design thinking sessions
- Work across and present at multiple levels within the organisation
- Understand the customer’s business process
- Inspire and act as a mentor to less experienced team members
Experience we are looking for will include;
- Deep knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, ideally with experience in various methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Strong understanding of software development practices and experience within a technical environment
- Ability to work across multiple projects and initiates
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to build strong working relationships
