About the role:
The Senior Business Analyst will be joining an established team working on CCCFA and a Home Lending related project. You will need to have come from a banking or finance background, and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Skills and experience required:
- Senior Business Analyst experience
- Banking or Finance experience
- CCCFA or Home Lending background
- Agile
- Documentation experience
- Stakeholder engagement
- Gathering requirements
- Experienced in performing current and future state mapping and gap analysis to deliver the required business process, technical, collateral documentation and other changes as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clearly articulating ideas, solutions and recommendations across all levels of the organisation
