About the role
You will be joining a close knit, passionate IT team as a Senior Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be the conduit between the IT team and business, understanding what is needed and how it might be delivered. You will be the go-to person on all BA tasks and processes. This role will suit a seasoned Business Analyst who has experience at an enterprise level and who has knowledge or experience that can add value to this organisation as the move to automation.
Skills and experience required
- Experienced Senior Business Analyst
- Have worked as a BA in an enterprise environment
- Broad knowledge of technology, and a passion to learn about new concepts or IT trends
- Strong business acumen
- You will be inquisitive, innovative and collaborative
- Supply chain and logistics experience is beneficial
- Automation experience is desirable or a thirst to learn about it
- Must have strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
