About your new role:
The role is responsible for providing ICT Business Analysis, documentation and facilitation services that are required to be accurate and produced to a very high standard. You will be managing stakeholder engagements, developing effective and collaborative networks with strong working relationships. A key component of this role is the provision of analytical input for the development, enhancement, Implementation, maintenance and operation of the ICT applications & Systems; As well as identifying and implementing process and service improvements.
What they are looking for in your CV:
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a Senior BA role
- Previous experience working and understanding in the ICT Space
- Experience with Large and complex projects
- Very Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Service Management Skills E.g. ITIL or equivalent
- Experience with Project management and Business Analysis Methodologies
- Ability to negotiate
As a person, you will be adaptable and not afraid to help out where required with a can-do attitude. Ideally you would have some exposure to the health sector either in NZ or Overseas. You will be open, friendly and not afraid to ask questions when required or challenge as needed. Exposure to a devops model and Mobile technologies is a definite bonus.
A proven ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders and develop strong internal and external relationships is required, and ideally you will be experienced across a diverse array of projects and demonstrate strong proficiencies across all aspects of Business Analysis.
