My client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with leadership experience, who brings strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with people from all levels of the business.
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between external and internal end-users, various technical roles (such as information technology analysts, project managers, consultants, service designers and change analysts etc), and other governmental organisations in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems and processes. You will facilitate the effective knowledge transfer of business implications to ensure the aim for optimal operational performance of the business unit as a whole.
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
- Excellent understanding of modelling techniques and methods
- Knowledge and experience in conducting cost/benefit analysis and benefit management plans.
- Understanding of and experience with developing business cases (ideally using Better Business Case Methodology)
- Requirements gathering, documenting and management.
- Business process mapping and management
- Use of project methodologies e.g., PRINCE2
- Stakeholder engagement (including at a senior level and externally)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Certificate Business Analyst Professional and advantage
