About the role
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will provide analysis, process improvement, and business design expertise across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting information from a wide range of sources, facilitating stakeholder engagement, documenting requirements, and helping shape future operating models and business processes.
You'll work closely with business leaders, SMEs, and programme stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to strategic objectives.
About You
You are a curious and analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and engaging with stakeholders to create meaningful business outcomes.
You have exceptional documentation skills, strong facilitation capability, and the confidence to challenge thinking constructively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in business improvement, transformation, or change environments
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Advanced requirements elicitation and documentation capability
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience developing business cases, frameworks, and operational documentation
- Proven ability to analyse large volumes of information and distill key insights
- Experience with options analysis and recommendation development
