Senior Business Analyst

What you’ll do:
- Map and document end-to-end business processes across claims, underwriting, or policy services.
- Design workflows that enhance efficiency and support strategic goals, across multiple business units.
- Lead vendor integration workshops and translate stakeholder needs into actionable functional designs.
- Select, lead, and shape projects that elevate customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the NZ insurance sector.
- Skilled in process mapping, functional design, and translating stakeholder priorities.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record working with external partners/vendors.
- NZ-based with legal work rights.
