Opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join a large blue-collar organisation in Penrose to provide consultancy services and to coach and develop line managers and team leaders on all people matters.

The role is an operational Business Partner scope working across a number of business units- in a unionised environment.

Key Area of responsibility:

• Coaching/guiding managers
• Contribute to People Strategy
• Operational HR support
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding
• Assisting with performance management
• Implementation of change programmes
• Support engagement activity
• Day to day management of IR/ER
• Remuneration support and advice
