Be part of a business-as-usual environment experiencing ongoing operational and technology change. This role focuses on embedding structured change practices, supporting operational teams, and ensuring consistency as enhancements are transitioned into BAU.

You’ll work closely with digital, operational and governance stakeholders to design practical, repeatable change approaches that can be sustained long term.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering change and engagement across complex operational and digital environments
• Strong capability in developing practical change frameworks, playbooks and impact assessments
• Ability to translate technical or system change into clear, actionable operational impacts
