We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to ensure that the change planning and activities align with the business case benefits. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience managing a change team
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to maintain relationships
- Proven experience in Senior Change Management roles within large, complex programmes
- Business Transformation and/or Behavioural and Cultural change experience
