They are leaders in developing, manufacturing and exporting a wide range of hardware and software horticulture products, equipping growers with the tools they need to be innovative, sustainable and commercially efficient
About the Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the team and our business. You will interrogate data to seek and solve problems that make a difference to business outcomes and create innovative analytical solutions. You will become an expert on our multi-utility dataset and dig into the detail, while keeping end to end process and data flow in mind.
Duties
Proactive delivery of valuable analytics insights
Build data models and drive the effectiveness of automated interactive solutions
Work to understand user's needs to meet and exceed with an iterative approach
Work with the Analytics Manager, Senior Analyst and BA to prioritise workload and ensure we deliver to meet business requirements
Build relationships with high engagement and collaboration
Mentor team members and peer review work to lift overall team capability
About you:
Analytical skills and technical experience with SQL and Power BI or other BI tools
Understanding of advanced analytics methodologies and experience with key technologies, such as Snowflake, dbt, GitHub, Python, or R
A relevant qualification
Collaborative and agile delivery approach
A mindset that drives us to be adaptive to change and focus on continuous improvement
Note: Must be eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
