We are currently looking for a Senior Data Steward. The key to our shared success will be not only your passion for analysing data, but also your passion for taking the lead to actively upskill and share your knowledge with the team members.  You will be pro-active and work well with others.   As a 2IC to the Team Leader you will play a critical part in providing advice and expertise around the management of master data, data quality and data architecture.

Your background is likely to be varied and desirably cover three waters specifically (or one of the three – storm, waste or potable water), along with and understanding of the networks and asset and asset-related data.

It is desirable you have three waters data experience within central or local government, and experience in understanding the relationship between data, networks, three waters business and customers

Further you will have the ability to:

  • apply analytical skills within a complex, time critical environment
  • communicate with a range of staff and customers at all levels
  • use technology to simplify and automate process as much as possible
