  • Coordinating external vendors and delivery partners
  • Facilitating workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings

  • Helping improve project management practices, visibility and delivery consistency across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience coordinating digital, technology or transformation initiatives
  • Strong project governance and documentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in a busy, evolving environment
  • Confidence working across a wide range of stakeholders and personalities
  • Ability to influence, build credibility quickly and work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong risk, issue and dependency management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and third-party delivery partners

Ideally, You’ll Also Bring

  • Exposure to cloud, data, cyber security, systems integration, CRM/LMS, or enterprise platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL or similar delivery frameworks
  • Experience contributing to organisational change or digital transformation programmes
  • Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Reo Māori, and Mātauranga Māori in practice

Why Apply?

  • Join a team delivering meaningful digital change
  • Work across a broad and varied portfolio
  • Influence outcomes and improve delivery capability
  • Be part of a collaborative environment where your judgement and initiative will be valued
  • Receive professional development support alongside salary
