• Senior Legal Counsel – ER

We have a permanent role for an experienced Senior Employment Relations Partner- with private sector or in-house counsel experience with strong ER and IR experience. This role will provide ER and IR expertise to People Leaders and the broader P&C Team.

Day to day you could expect to work on:

• Providing employment law and industrial relations advice
• Assessing and managing legal risk for ER matters
• Supporting the ER team 
• Mentoring and coaching the broader P&C team
• Working closely with various stakeholders
• Driving process efficiencies
• Supporting various projects

About you:

• In-depth knowledge of NZ employment law
• LLB qualification
• Senior level legal expertise in private legal practice or inhouse role
• Current or ability to undertake Practising Certificate
• Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
