About the contract:
Seeking 4 x Contract Full Stack .Net Developers.
This Kiwi organisation is a leader in the market and operates within a niche space innovative space. They provide materials handling service and automation services particularly in the logistics space and develop software and hardware all here in NZ.
They have an in-house Software Development team of about 20 and employ more than 250 people across their business both here in New Zealand and globally. Due to growth and expansion a rare opportunity is now open for a Senior C# Developer to join their team.
Some of the key technologies you'll be competent with are C#.Net 3.5 and 4.0, Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 SQL 2008 R2 and 2005, Team Foundation Server, Web Services, Castle Windsor, Hibernate, and Oracle experience.
You will be working within great team environment and other areas you'll be exposed to are real time data collection with their BI environment, project work and customer interaction. It is absolutely essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this is a senior role.
- Strong hands on experience with object orientated programming
- Strong .Net Framework; ASP.Net , C#, Web API and ASP.net
- Experience with WCF and Winforms
- Proficient in CI/CD
- Good understanding of design patterns such as MVC
- Excellent debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Good communication skills and business acumen
Preferred but not essential skills:
- Exposure to continuous delivery practices and principles
- Experience with Automated testing frameworks
