This role will provide exposure to a large project pipeline where you can make an impact.
Specifically:
- Develop strong working relationships
- H&S support
- Team management
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- H&S advisory services
- H&S compliance
- Site safety inspections
- Reporting
- H&S audits
- Conduct training
This role requires a H&S practitioner with the ability to engage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders. Will also develop a successful safety team and educate the broader business on all H&S aspects. Requires an individual who is a strong communicator and can engage well with people. Ability to build trust and respect is important.
