This newly created role will lead the development, implementation and assessment of a health, safety and welling management system. As well as, proactively coaching people leaders on good practice to help further embed a culture that embraces health, safety and wellbeing.
What will you bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build strong, positive relationships
- Experience implementing HS&W management systems
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of HS&W legislation and best practice
- Thought leadership and expertise
- Confidence in designing a user-friendly management system that meets recognised standards
