My private sector client is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their supportive HR regional team. You will provide effective HR solutions to their Wellington management team and be seen as a true and trusted advisor by the business.
Your role responsibilities:
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance on a range of employee related matters e.g., change management, restructuring, learning & development, policy compliance, performance management, employment relations, remuneration, talent development and succession planning
- Quickly establish credibility as a trusted advisor, coach and influencer to team leaders and managers
- Develop, articulate and deliver HR related projects
Your experience:
- Relevant HR Advisory experience
- Strong relationship management, an effective communicator and a strong influencer
- Solid employment legislation knowledge
