Outstanding opportunity for an experienced intermediate-level HR Advisor looking for the next step with a leading national provider of utility services across New Zealand.
This role is responsible for providing advisory services to people leaders and key stakeholders on general HR including recruitment & selection, people development, and employee relations.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Supporting leaders with the best HR solutions, guidance, and coaching
- Building practical HR Tools, frameworks, and guidelines enabling leadership
- Support business needs like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement
- Identify opportunities and areas of improvement
- Advisory to lift performance and engagement
- Performance reviews
- Support design of people related systems and processes aligned with business goals
About you:
- Experience at Intermediate level HR advisory
- Employee and industrial relations
- Implementation of best practice people initiatives/solutions
- Leadership development – coaching
- Knowledge of current NZ employment law and HR practices and can relate this to an organisational context.
- Change management experience
- Talent acquisition
