An amazing opportunity for a Snr HR Advisor for a short-term contract in South Auckland. This role is responsible for providing advisory services to people leaders and key stakeholders on a range of HR related issues including recruitment & selection, development, pay & reward and employee relations.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the leadership team with expert HR advice, developing and implementing people strategies, ER, recruitment, onboarding and induction, learning and development, succession planning, job evaluation, remuneration and H&S.

This role is perfect for someone who has proven work experience in HR, a sound understanding of NZ employment legislation and is results focused and enthusiastic.
