Outstanding opportunity for an HR Advisor or an experienced intermediate-level HR Coordinator looking for the next step.
This role requires the successful applicant to ensure the effective implementation of people practices, policies, and HR processes, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible to support overseas office HR Advise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Providing HR support on ER and general advice
- Job descriptions and advertisements
- Create records and generate reports
- Compile and send contracts
- Support the payroll
- Onboarding/Offboarding
Key Requirements for this role:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with digital solutions
- Strong team player, planning and organisations skills
- Microsoft office, word, excel, and PowerPoint skills.
