We are looking for an HR Advisor with minimum 3 years’ experience to join a household name retailer.

The role is true generalist - will provide advisory and HR support across 3 retail stores in Auckland and the corporate office.

Key responsibilities:

Broad generalist HR inclusive of:

  • End to end recruitment

  • Coaching & assisting managers

  • Performance management & reviews

  • HR policy

  • Payroll support

  • Training & Development

  • Induction

  • Health & Safety

The role will include senior management interaction as well as the shop floor and will oversee 2 team members.

A major opportunity to go in and make the role your own- add value and make a difference to an organisation and at the same time develop and grow your own experience and skills.

You will need to have some flexibility in hours, a driving licence and loads of initiative and energy!
