My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their supportive and collaborative team.  As a Senior HR Advisor you will provide expert and timely advice on complex people management issues, across the full range of HR functions as well as education and coaching on HR legislation, policies and leading practice. You will also lead and support on HR processes and project work as required.
This role requires ongoing engagement with People Leaders to understand their HR needs and requirements so that solutions can be tailored and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure delivery of the full range of HR advisory services – performance/talent management, policy, change management, work with the Teams ER specialist, induction, recruitment and retention, learning and development and reporting.
  • Mentor guide and support your HR colleagues in their roles to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Work with a HR Business Partner - establish and maintain strong working relationships across the business
A bit about you:
  • Relevant HR experience - 5 years
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of people, at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
