Opportunity to work for a large organisation with a trusted brand. This is a Senior HR Advisor role providing support to the broader HR team and partnering with business. Permanent role located in the CBD with great benefits and career progression.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
• HR Advisory
• ER Advisory
• Performance management
• Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
• Supporting HR projects
This role requires an individual with a strong HR advisory background as well as in-depth ER experience.
