If you are an ambitious senior level HR Advisor who would like to step up onto a Business Partnering level in the next couple of years, we have a role for you.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join a well-known commercial organisation. You will be working with the team on implementation of HR strategies, bringing in HR initiatives, completing various projects etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Support HR team in development and implementation of strategies, and initiatives relating to HR function.
- Conduct performance appraisal process
- Conduct remuneration review process
- Learning & Development – working with managers in setting goals and career pathways
- ER Support
- Wellbeing Strategy – initiatives and strategy
- HR operational duties including responding to queries from internal stakeholders
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR advisory level.
- Experience in implementing new initiatives
- Experience in running performance/remuneration review
- A sound communicator and a relationship-builder
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Can start before Christmas 2021
