Leaders in sustainability and recycling, this South Auckland based organisation has a strong brand and stable and established workforce. They are now looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to their team to ensure continued support for one of their many sites.
This is a true generalist role as you work alongside a highly respected General Manager and are supported by a wider HR team throughout New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Workforce planning
- Back up payroll
- Change Management
You will need to possess solid experience in a similar HR role in New Zealand whilst also having sound knowledge of NZ legislation and collective agreement negotiating and process.
