South Akld location, the role is critical within the HR team. The core focus is to assist the Head of HR to implemnent HR strategies by supporting line managers and staff, supporting capability development and supporting talent and workforce development.
- Support the people & culture strategy through projects
- Organisational culture and change initiatives
- Performance and capability development
- HRIS, policies and procedures
You will work closely with the managers in the business and provide support for the above- manage relationships and keep up to date on legislation.
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in HR in a generalist capacity, and bring an ability to influence and consult.
