My client is looking for a Senior HR Professional to focus on supporting leaders through a time of significant change! They require an experienced Senior HR Advisor to contribute to the team and drive change forward.
You will have strong communication skills, good detailed understanding of change, be details orientated and have a natural ability to build enduring relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- HR generalist experience to a senior level
- Sound understanding of the change process to an advisory level
- Strong judgement and experience adapting advice to different situations
