This role is with a leading organisation based in Manurewa with 3 branches across Auckland.
The HR Business Partner supports the delivery of practical, consistent and compliant HR advice and services across the employee lifecycle.This role works closely with people leaders, employees and the wider HR team to support day-to-day HR activities, contribute to people initiatives, and help embed core HR processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support
- HR advice and employee relations
- Performance, Talent and Capability
- HR systems, data and reporting
- Change projects and HR initiatives
- Employment compliance
- Previous HR advisory, HR BP or generalist experience
- Working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
- HR best practice & can escalate appropriately
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-focused, multi- tasker
- Comfortable using HR systems and data
