- 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract $120,000 per annum, pro rata.

I am working with a public sector organisation seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join their collaborative team during a significant period of organisational transformation.
This is an opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact across a range of people initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing trusted HR advice across the employee lifecycle- Supporting organisational change and workforce transition initiatives
- Partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance, recruitment and workforce planning
- Contributing to capability-building and learning initiatives- Supporting the implementation of a new HRIS- Driving continuous improvement across people processes and systems
What you'll bring:
- Senior-level HR advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience supporting change, transformation or workforce transition programmes
- A broad HR generalist background with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent judgement, communication and the ability to manage competing priorities
