Opportunity for a Senior HR business Partner to join a large organisation to work in partnership with senior people leaders and teams within various business portfolios, applying strategic thinking and design to identify, align and embed people initiatives based on business need, organisational objectives and in alignment with the overall People & Performance strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive strategic advice and direction
  • Develop people plans
  • Tracking and reporting on performance of People Plans
  • Apply a data and insight based approach to support business units and leaders
  • Drive co-design solutions
  • Build strong working relationships
  • Lead complex programmes and projects

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of NZ employment law
  • Ability to understand and translate business challenges into commercial giuidance
  • Demonstrated ability to identify key workforce and talent challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Highy commercial approach
  • Personal resilience, handle ambiguity and change
  • Experience in large, commercial and complex environments

You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and be the subject matter expert in the delivery of HR expertise and strategy.
