We are looking for an experienced senior level Business Partner to work closely with a project team to manage operational HR, organisational change and people strategy.

The role will be the sole HR person in Auckland with the support of a broader Wellington based team to do solid operational HR work and lead the people strategy.

The role will involve significant stakeholder management and will be highly consultive to extract ideas for people elements.

The environment will be fluid and will need a resilient person able to pivot quickly and manage grey areas and some ambiguity.
