Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their growing team. You will be responsible for delivering timely and high quality HR analytics advice while also delivering HR systems solutions and advice. The critical part to this role will be your deep understanding of HR analytics.
To be successful in this role you will have -
- Proven reporting and analytics experience
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
- SQL required
- Experience with SAP would be a great advantage
- Experience with Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence systems and operations
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent communication style
