We're seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive the development of advanced models, risk insights and data-led solutions that support customer risk management, regulatory outcomes and strategic decision-making.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, customer, data and technology functions while leading the evolution of sophisticated analytics capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead model development and continuous improvement
  • Analyse large data sets and design effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain compliance with policies and standards
  • Mentor team members and share technical knowledge
Skills & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
  • Expertise in SQL, SAS, Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven experience in analytics, modelling, and data visualisation
  • Understanding of financial crime typologies and risk assessment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
