- Senior Migration Analyst
- 12 months contract with some WFH flexibility
- Auckland -CBD
Our client who is one of the largest finance companies operating in the New Zealand market, is looking for an experienced Data Migration Analyst to help them in a system replacement project that is going on at the moment.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and oversight of data mapping specifications, including translating and transformation of data to target system data tables in conjunction with system developers
- Compilation/drafting of business rules for data translations
- Engagement with business stakeholders to confirm and communicate business rules
- Definition of data cleaning rules & procedures
- Identification and closure of data gaps
- Writing of test plans and execution of the testing.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in data migration in large system change programs
- Advanced excel and/or SAS skills to enable handling of large data sets
- Financial Services background desirable
- Business stakeholder management
