We are seeking a Senior On-site Technician for a leading global information and communication technology company.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in supporting desktop and infrastructure streams
- Knowledge of OS, Software, Network, Server and Print
- Background of using Windows 7 to 10, Microsoft Office and Antivisure software
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and Incident Management tools
