Join a team driving the growth and evolution of a major Oracle Cloud platform in a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on technical role in a complex organisation, focused on enhancing and optimising Oracle ERP functions in a live production environment. Through both BAU improvements and project initiatives, you will be leading the design, development and implementation of customised Oracle ERP solutions end-to-end.
What You'll be Doing:
Designing, configuring and enhancing Oracle ERP solutions across Financials and/or Procurement
Delivering system improvements and new functionality through both project and BAU work
Translating business requirements into practical, scalable Oracle solutions
Supporting testing, deployment and post-implementation activities
Troubleshooting complex system issues and driving continuous improvement
Working closely with Finance, Procurement and Technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
Contributing to the ongoing growth, maturity and optimisation of the Oracle platform
What we're looking for:
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle ERP platforms, with confidence operating as the technical "go-to" for your module area (Financials and/or Procurement)
Proven experience delivering Oracle solutions end-to-end, from requirements and configuration through to testing, deployment and post-go-live support
Experience working with customised Oracle solutions within complex enterprise or government environments
Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle solutions
A continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to better utilise Oracle capabilities as the platform grows
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to deliver successful outcomes
