Are you an experienced PA in-between assignments or looking for that right next role? We have an ASAP start required for a temporary assignment supporting 3 busy managers in a large organisation. You will be filling in while the organisation goes through a permanent recruitment process and will have the oportunity to provide feedback on the role and apply for the permanent opportunity if suitable. There is a training period planned so this will be an organised handover.
- Diary management, including rescheduling
- Coordination with travel team
- Meeting preparation
- Document collation / changes
- Minute taking
- Liaison with internal teams
- Internal communications
Your experience / skills:
- Previous Senior PA experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Corporate experience
- Astute decision making
- IT Savvy
