A permanent role for a Senior People Advisor within a large, well-respected organisation located in South Auckland.  This role is responsible for providing HR advice and support to managers.

You will work closely with the broader P&C team to deliver HR services to the business and will also implement and maintain HR systems and processes.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
 

• HR advisory
• Employee engagement
• Performance management
• Change management
• Remuneration
• Employment relations
• HR systems
• Policies and processes

About you:

• Solid experience as a Senior HR Advisor
• Strong knowledge of relevant and current employment legislation
• Experience in HR systems and processes
• Experience in collective employment agreements and working with trade unions
• Relationship builder
• Excellent communication skills
