Opportunity for a seasoned, senior level experienced Business Partner/P&C Lead/Senior Consultant to step in across a time of peak workload for 3 months.
Working with General Managers and leadership teams largely around change processes, performance reviews and remuneration - this will be very operational and hands on.
If you can work with some ambiguity, can pivot and prioritise well in a fast-paced environment, and can hit the ground running in the next 2 weeks - this is for you!
