About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Project Coordinator to support delivery across a complex programme environment within a financial services organisation. This is a busy, hands‑on role where you’ll play a critical part in driving coordination, governance, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, are well‑governed, and deliver on time and within budget.
We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset – you don’t just assist; you drive coordination outcomes.
To be considered you must have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator across complex environments
- Proven experience supporting delivery across multiple projects and teams
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk & issue management, and delivery frameworks
- Solid financial acumen, including tracking and analysing project budgets (actual vs forecast)
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Copilot, and PPM tools
- Ability to confidently manage stakeholders and support senior project leadership
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
You must already be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
