What you’ll lead:
- Front‑end project establishment: appointing consultants, feasibility reporting, planning, design management coordination, statutory process oversight, procurement strategy.
- Construction phase management: QA and risk, financial reporting, cost control, programme management.
- Stakeholder leadership: running meetings, managing relationships, ensuring alignment.
- Advisory support: working closely with Directors to deliver strategic advisory services.
- A project management consultancy professional with 10+ years NZ/UK experience.
- Strong background in vertical projects with proven experience in being able to manage project lifecycle and consider all risks
- Holds a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, QS, or Construction Management
- Strong understanding and application of 3910 contracts,
- Strong cost management experience
- Confident communicator with leadership qualities, resilience, and the ability to build a personal brand in the industry.
