About the Role:
This is a hands-on delivery focussed SPM/PD role where you will manage a major contract of work. This will involve extensive client management, design management, oversee site teams, and cost management. You’ll manage from inception to handover, with full visibility across programme, budget, and quality.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in interiors, refurbishments, and new build commercial ($50M+)
- Background preferred in both main contractor and consultancy/client-side environments
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present practical solutions
- Quick thinking, collaborative mindset, and a genuine “can-do” attitude
