Senior Project Manager – ICT Transformation
Contract - Immediate Start - Until End of Year + Potential Extension
Auckland – 3 days in CBD
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a significant ICT transformation programme within a complex organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior delivery professional who is comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, managing complex dependencies and engaging with senior stakeholders and governance groups.
About the Role
You will take ownership of project delivery across a multi-stream transformation programme, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, dependencies are actively managed and key milestones are delivered.
You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leadership, providing strong delivery oversight and clear reporting throughout the programme.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring a strong track record of delivering complex projects in an enterprise environment.
You will have:
Proven experience managing multi-stream / multi-workstream projects.
Strong experience delivering projects within an ICT / technology environment.
Hands-on experience running stand-ups, team cadences and delivery ceremonies.
Strong capability in dependency, risk, issue and milestone management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with senior leaders and governance/steering groups.
Strong communication, reporting and documentation skills.
The ability to work autonomously and quickly establish credibility within a complex environment.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous to have:
Experience delivering large-scale service model or operating model transformations.
Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Experience managing complex technology transformation programmes.
