We are seeking Senior Project Manager with strong business and stakeholder management skills. This role is a dynamic role, and you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, from inception, through to delivery of medium to large sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within large complex projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience operating across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned and able to develop relationships with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in supporting and leading end-to-end strategic projects and initiatives across large organisations – this person will be working across many projects as an expert Senior PM.
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate messages and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. From executive level to project team members.
- Previous experience building and forming strong relationships and teams by providing direction and vision, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Adaptability and flexibility; especially key in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and ambiguity
- Experience across all project management methodologies and ability to adapt those methodologies to suit each project
