We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who has experience delivering change management for an all of organisation HR transformation. Reporting to the People and Capability Manager, who has developed the overall vision, you will develop relationships with stakeholders to develop an implementation plan. Developing a roadmap, that will see the successful transformation of HR, Payroll, People and Culture, Training and Development as well as Systems and Processes.
What we are looking for:
- Examples of change management experience
- An understanding of the Prince 2 methodology
- Examples of calm and professional dealings with stakeholders
- A true strategist who is comfortable delivering a predefined vision
- Strong relationship building skills
- A background in HR would be advantageous, but not critical.
