The Company/Project
Our client is a prominent brand in the Waikato. They are about to embark on a large transformation project migrating from Google to Microsoft. They are in need of a Programme Director/Manager or a highly experienced project manager in this field to start ASAP.
The Role
- Develop and maintain the overall program plan, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project plans align with the overall program delivery, goals, and objectives.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Present programme to the program steering group - project performance KPI's, risk, issues, decisions etc.
- Monitor program performance metrics and adjust program plans as needed.
- Ensure program compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures
Other Details:
- Start: Immediate
- Days per week: negotiable - could be full-time for the first 1 to 2 months then dropping down to 2 or 3 days per week. Alternatively, could be 3 days per week engagement.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Location: Hamilton, cannot be remote.
